Every bag on our shelf is roasted in the back room, in batches small enough that the person pulling your shot probably roasted the beans too. We buy direct from three farms we've actually visited.

No laptops-only rule, no two-hour limit. Big tables for groups, quiet corners for one. We built Hearth to be the kind of place you come back to on instinct, not for the photo.
